Tournament Information
➢ Inclusion:
Participants will enjoy a 4-Night / 5-Day stay in a well-appointed 3-star & 4-star hotel featuring swimming pool facilities. All rooms are air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable stay.
All players, leaders, and accompanying participants are required to pay the participation fee.
This cost includes:
➢ Hotel accommodation:
Hotel Details Please note Check in Time is 15:00 Hrs and Check out Time is 12:00 Hrs. These comfortable rooms feature amenities including: –
- Full air-conditioning
- Two queen size beds (Quadruple Sharing)
- Attached bathroom
- Wardrobe
- Television set
- Refrigerator
- Free Wi-Fi access
- Swimming Pool
Extra Nights (Teams Only)
Teams arriving before or departing after the official tournament dates may book a maximum of two additional nights at a cost of ₹2,000 per person, per night.
All meals will be provided during the extended stay.
➢ Extra nights for teams with Hotel accommodation :
If a team need to arrive or depart outside the tournament dates, a maximum two extra nights can be arranged to a cost of 2000 per person and extra night. all meals are served during the extra days in this cost
➢ Food Arrangement :
All Global Cup participants will be provided with three daily meals:
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options will be available to meet diverse dietary preferences.
First Meal: Dinner on Day 1
Last Meal: Lunch on Day 5
➢ Transportation:-
Transportation services included for participants and coaches:
Pick-up and drop-off from Dabolim airport, Madgaon railway station, or Madgaon bus terminal to the accommodation in AC Bus.
Group transfers only (no individual transfers).
Daily transport between hotel and tournament grounds in AC Bus.
➢ Global Cup Card :-
The Global Cup Card is included for all players, team leaders, and accompanying family members or friends who have paid the participation fee.
The card is mandatory:
At the hotel
On the field
For participation in all tournament-related activities
Entry will not be permitted without the Global Cup Card.
➢ Number of teams in the tournament :-
In recent years we have not been able to accept all teams that wish to participate. The teams that have registered and paid the registration fee have priority. Registration counts as the date we receive the registration fee.
➢ Global Cup Promise you
- Minimum 4 games per team, regardless of results
- Championship Winner’s Trophy 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed only in football
- Pool Winners will get 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed trophy
- Winner will get Trophies and Certificate
- Each participant will get one Personalized Momento and Participation Certificate.
- Man of the Match will be given in each match
- T-shirts will be provided to coaches
- Water will be provided to all.

➢ Registration Deadline
The final date for team registration is March 15th, 2026.
Please note that priority will be given to teams that complete their registration and payment first, especially when categories reach their maximum capacity. Certain age groups and divisions tend to fill up early, so teams are strongly encouraged to register at the earliest to secure their participation.
➢ Age control
All participants at the Global Cup must complete the age control to participate in the tournament. This is to make sure that all participants are eligible to participate in the age class they are enrolled in.
