Tournament Regulations
1. Age Group:-
➢ Football :

2. Age Verification Requirements:-
➢All participating players must provide valid age proof. Any one of the following documents will be accepted:
- For age verification, an original Aadhaar Card or Passport must be produced at the time of verification.
- If original documents are not available, Aadhaar OTP–based verification is mandatory to validate the details.
· If any player is found to be overage, the team will be disqualified from that match.
These documents are mandatory for eligibility and verification during the Global Cup.
3. Mode of Competition :-
➢Football – League cum knock out basis (7-A-Side) depending on the number of teams taking part in the tournament
Handball- League Tournament (7-A-Side) depending on the number of teams taking part in the tournament
Basketball- League Tournament (5v5) depending on the number of teams taking part in the tournament
4. Players Uniform :-
➢Team Kit Requirements
- All team jerseys must be numbered, and the numbers must match the official team list.
- Numbers must be clearly printed on the back of the jersey.
- No two players may wear the same number in any match.
➢Kit Colour Clashes
- If the referee determines that the team kits are too similar, the team listed second (appearing last in the match schedule) will be required to change jerseys.
➢Match Readiness
- All teams must report to the pitch at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled match time.
- All players must wear a complete and proper kit (jersey, shorts, socks, shin guards, and appropriate footwear).
➢Supporter Conduct
- Teams are accountable for the behavior of their supporters.
- Improper conduct or unruly behavior by supporters may lead to disciplinary action, including possible exclusion of the team from the tournament.
➢Post-Match Protocol
- The responsible team official (Captain/Coach) must immediately sign the referee’s match card to confirm the match result, red cards, and any significant incidents.
- Failure to sign the match card may result in escalation to the Global Cup Competition Jury.
5. Walkover & Abandoned Match Regulations :-
➢Walkover (WO)
- Any team that fails to appear at the scheduled time and venue may be declared the losing team by a 0–3 scoreline, subject to a decision by the Tournament Jury.
- Repeated failure to appear may result in complete exclusion from the tournament.
- In exceptional cases, the Tournament Jury may exclude a team after the first offence, such as when a deliberate walkover provides an unfair advantage to the team or disadvantages another team in the group.
➢Abandoned or Interrupted Matches
- If a match is interrupted and cannot be completed, the Tournament Jury will determine the appropriate course of action. This may include:
- Replaying the match
- Deciding the result by a penalty shoot-out
- Restarting the match from the minute at which it was interrupted
- Confirming the existing result
- Awarding a 0–3 loss to one or both teams, depending on the circumstances.
➢ Cautions and sending-off offences
- Direct goals from outside the playing area are not allowed.
- A direct goal from the center start is allowed.
- Volly for Goalkeepers are not allowed.
➢Red Card-
- Any player given a red card is automatically suspended from participation in the following match.
- The tournament jury can decide about suspension for further matches in case of a direct red card.
➢Yellow Card
- Accumulated yellow cards shall not be considered for the next match.
6. Match Pitches :-
➢ All the playing pitches are natural grass
7. Hotel Accommodation Regulations :-
- The team manager, as listed on the official participant roster, is fully responsible for any damage caused by players or team members during their stay.
- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises for all participants and accompanying officials.
- Quiet hours must be observed from 23:00 to 06:00 to ensure a comfortable environment for all Teams.
- Participants and team officials are strongly advised not to leave valuables or money unattended in the hotel. The Global Cup organizers are not responsible for any loss of personal items.
